I have 35 years’ experience in the construction industry and am a dedicated, hands on construction project and development professional, with extensive involvement within the construction industry, I possess sound experience in the management and implementation of both pre contract and post contract construction processes.  With 10 years in Civil Engineering, contracting and consulting background previously to this, my skill set ranges from design coordination through project estimating, work package preparations and negotiations, programming, procurement, risk management, construction management and ultimately occupancy certification with hand over.
